About the Class
During this introduction to staked furniture, you'll learn the basic skills construct traditional staked forms, used on forms such as a saw bench, a desk, or even a chair.
Students will learn to:
Execute compound-angle joinery without math
Shape legs by hand and machine
Join legs and seats using cylindrical mortise-and-tenon joints
Add stretchers between legs
